I was pleasantly surprised by daily room cleaning and towel change, as well as common kitchen where you can get utensils and plates. The building is in the old district so it's not the most modern, which goes for furniture as well. Everything was functional, the beds were comfortable. "Check in was alright and stay was good until check out when the owner was on site. I believed the check out was 12pm, but actually 11. Fortunately we had all bags ready and at 11;15am were told to leave immediately. Took literally 7 minutes for us to leave the room, no guests waiting to enter. Then we asked owner could we please eat some food before we left in the downstairs common area. He replied rudely "No" check out at 11 means out the door off the premises completely. "Nice small but cozy room, own kitchen and bathroom. The owner gave us some usefull tips and was overall really sweet. Its quite far from the center if you decide to walk and also the road is really steep. "

"Good communication with Carolina, close to the old town approx 15-20 min walk to cable car, there is a very steep walk back to the property. Unfortunately due to storm Oscar we weren’t able to use the pool. But the garden is surprisingly private. Property was clean and comfortable We used a taxi driver called Nuno, recommended by Carolina to collect us from the airport, he also took us on a lovely day tour around the north of the island, then back to the airport.
