"This is our second visit to this villa, Maria who takes care of the property on behalf of the owner is on hand and nothing is too much trouble. It’s in walking distance to Intermarche for groceries, 2 minutes to a restaurant and 10 minutes to a cafe. Patricia is quick to answer any questions, we messaged asking for coasters and an outside ashtray which we found left outside the door within a few hours. The only suggestion I would make is a a basic welcome basket for late night arrivals would be...

"I would have given 10 stars all round if I could. Fantastic location, beautifully clean gorgeous villa in a magnificent setting. Owner was there for anything we needed and couldn't have been nicer. We have stayed in many places over the years and this was up there as one of the very best, highly recommend! was right up there with the best"

"We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The apartment was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and spacious. We loved the quiet farm and fruit trees surrounding us. Marc was a very helpful and responsive host. The location is central to exploring many attractions in the Algarve. "

"We loved our farmhouse stay! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathroom was spotless, and our bed was one of the most comfortable we had on our entire trip! We enjoyed the quiet mornings overlooking the mountains and the proximity to Loule, where we made several outings. Great access to a variety of hikes, as well! "What an oasis of solitude that is close to everything without being disturbed by crowds. We felt like we had the best of everything and felt lucky to have been able to secure our stay. "Host is amazing very helpful. Home is exactly as the pictures. Many things on-site not even listed. Overall our stay was fantastic and would book again. The only downside of the property is the noise from the traffic. But location is close to everything "

"Whilst linens & crockery were clean enough, there were cobwebs in several areas.... Grounds are in need of attention as is roof terrace sunbeds - unfortunately both broken and with stained pads.
