"We were delighted with the location of the hotel to explore Faro and we loved the quirkiness of it all. We were off season so didn’t expect to use the pool and outside areas. They were a bit run down looking with some broken sunbeds and torn curtains but hopefully that was being addressed by the owners as they renovated for the start of the new season. We had an amazing evening meal on our second evening which was the highlight of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay"

"No one to greet, no prior arrangement of access to key safe number, room not cleaned properly sand all over floor and in wardrobe put you up bed not removed very disappointed, we didn’t stay the night booked another accommodation "

"Room is small but it did the job, bed sheets not the most comfortable but mattress good, shower nice and very clean. Faro is small so it’s within 5 minutes to everything. WiFi and tea available for free. Staff were lovely, when we got locked out at 2am she came with no complaint to come and let us in. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a room for three which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent, each member was friendly and ensured that our needs were met. Parking was on the street, it was free and within close proximity to the guest house. I definitely recommend a stay."

"What an amazing place Vila Milreau is. Spotlessly clean, great, quiet pool area and really friendly owners. There’s a good little supermarket across the road, three really excellent, inexpensive restaurants and a small bar which can be found if you turn right at the church. If you need to get about Ubers are readily available and super cheap. We’ll definitely be back!"

"This is not a hotel. The description on Expedia was very misleading. When we booked a deluxe room we thought it was a hotel but in actual fact it was a room in a shared apartment wihin a very private residential block. We arrived late evening and spent a few hours trying to locate the property as no directions had been given Several very kind locals tried to help us and we kept coming back to the door of what looked like a residential aparment with zero signage. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was in an excellent location in a quiet area but also near the train station and the town. The hosts Cláudia and Luis have put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and good quality coffee. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the Royal room, it went well above our expectations and the hot tub was lovely and clean. The breakfast was great value for money, everything was fresh and tasty. All in all an absolute hidden gem, can’t think of anything that could have been better and we will definitely be back! "3HB hotel in Faro is excellent. The entire staff (front desk, concierge, cleaning, restaurants, spa, etc.) are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are large, nice and super clean. The spa is great. The restaurants are also very good. The weather was not so good during my stay in January but the hotel made it very pleasant. I will definitively choose 3HB Faro next time I visit Algarve."
