"Have visited Bacalar many times. We have loved QM and i think the water is perfect to step into the lagoon from there as it is not deep. Excellent view and a well maintained garden by the property manager, Juan. Really attractive little property! it is a bit far from the centre, away from the busy parts but you have to walk through hills up and down to get there so if older don’t recommend to walk. Also it is next to a boating company so can get noisy but overall it is really a paradise. If we...

"What a beacutiful home. From the very first momeny we opened the door - just wow. The house is large, very clean, had everything we needed and very well located (about a 12-15 minute walk to the water and to the main square). We felt super safe during our stay."

"This home was amazing for a little family holiday. The rooms were perfect! The back yard was amazing for our kiddos to run around as well as being walking distance from the playground,pool and little shop/cafe area was a huge plus for us. The hosts were very helpful and extremely kind."

"Everything was great with our stay Oct 26th 2024 for one night however when I booked 2 days prior it said I would be charged at the property at checkin but was still immediately charged $75.94. When I checked in at the property on 26th they charged me another $76.90. It has been 3 calls now to request a refund and 2 weeks after still nothing. This was my only concern."
