Lockers in the garage was really helpful before check in as we arrived early and then we used them again as we had a later flight. Communications was spot on via text messages. The cathedral was walking distance as well as the restaurants. We would stay here again. "

"There is no staff on site other than the cleaning staff, this was not very clear upon booking. On the weekend, the noise from the square outside was quite noisy, but, didn't bother us as it sounded like locals singing and enjoying themselves at the Santa Cruz square. The view of the square and the orange trees from the balcony was nice, but although there is a table and 2 chairs, it's unrealisticly small and you can't sit out there! Otherwise, an easy walk to most sites! "

Especially Pablo, he was so quick to offer recommendations and seemed truly invested in us having the best time! He went above and beyond to make sure of it.
