"This is a beautiful old hotels. Be aware that your room may be quite far from the desk through winding halls and atria. Many steps. The shower layout in my room was difficult to maneuver getting good water temp and then into a tiny space w a glass door. Can barely get in and out without water all over the floor. A simple shower curtain would solve that. But it’s a lovely and interesting place! "

"Our second stay in the EME Mercer in 6 months, this time returning with our daughters. Upgraded to the penthouse rooms which was a fantastic surprise with amazing views of the Cathedral and city skyline. The staff at this hotel are fantastic, so accommodating and kind. The reception staff are helpful and the breakfast team great remembering drinks and food orders after only two mornings. We love Seville and I would not stay anywhere else now. We look forward to returning! "
