The condition of the apartment was very disappointing, much older than how it appears in the pictures. The sofa-bed in the living room is old and uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping. Advertising the apartment as suitable for 4 people is misleading, as the sofa-bed is not appropriate for sleeping. "

"My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff...
