"we were at the property during the Easter celebrations. Therefore, the location of the property was excellent as we could see all the processions either from the rooftop the lobby or in front of the hotel entrance. The rooms are very big, but if you have a room that is facing the side streets, the lighting level is low and it can be improved. I think the hotel staff that works at the reservation desk can really improve in terms of their knowledge of the surroundings. Anytime you ask a question...

"Wonderful hotel! Very clean with attentive staff. We got a room with a private patio near the rooftop pool, which was such a surprise and delight! The room itself was spacious and modern. Hotel was within walking distance of most everything. Breakfast buffet was also really good for the options and price. Highly recommend this hotel!"

After spending further time looking for Las Crues we demanded that the receptionist take us there! ‘He was very rude!’ Which a bell hop did! Thru very narrow streets and alleyways! We weren’t shown how to work anything! Do not stay in apartment 2b as it’s the top floor where all the air conditioning motors are! Hence the constant humming! The apartment was...

"The apartment is a sound machine. From the noise from the street below, the neighbors across the street to the other occupants of the other apartments very echoy and the doors make alot of noise. Was there 5 nights had 1 good night sleep. The location is awesome. No where to sit comfortably but the bed as the chairs were very uncomfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen table and chairs need a lot of refresh. The employees were awesome."
