"What a fabulous brand new property with a lovely pool and a very comfortable and well equipped apartment. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was very quiet with some lovely birds around. It's on the edge of the town with a 15 minute walk to the beach."

"Nice gated place. Two apartments below, two above. We didn’t hear our neighbors, which was nice. Really close to the beach but you need to follow forest paths to get there faster. Lots of monkeys and iguanas around. Playa Hermosa is a much quieter beach town than many others, and we like it that way. The bigger hotel Villa de Sueno on the corner has good (though overpriced) food and music several nights a week. "

"Liked the propert landscaping. Didn't like that the condo we stayed in was infested with large ants Told the guard at the gate about the ants and the condo was sprayed. Many ants died but when we left the infestation was worse than ever. Didn't like that there was no communication with management and the office was always closed. "
