"We absolutely loved our stay and the house was set up to allow each group their privacy while still staying connected. The beach is beautiful, the pictures of the house are accurate. We would book here again. The only downside (which can't be helped) is the ability to walk on the beach for a bit unless you hop in the water on occasion. I love to take a mile or two stroll first thing in the morning and was not able to do so. The property managers were very available to us and did everything possible to make the stay very pleasant."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Golden Spot with three adult couples, it was exceptional! The property was immaculately clean, and not a single thing was out of place or in need of maintenance. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, truly going above and beyond because they wanted to, not because they had to. This included the house manager, maintenance team, and the chef, all of whom made our stay seamless and enjoyable. The chef deserves a special mention—he prepared an incredible variety of dishes, and even cooked the fish we caught, which added a personal touch to our meals. Everything was fresh, healthy, and did not feel mass-produced. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The ownership was also a breeze to work with—responsive, helpful, and kind. The pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. The ocean was just steps away from the back door, with stunningly clear water. We had an unforgettable experience watching dolphins, schools of fish, and even a manatee swim by, all from the comfort of the back porch! The property is conveniently situated near activities like snorkeling and fishing, which made for amazing day trips! We chose to drive the ~2 hours from Belize City on well-maintained roads without incident, and it was well worth it. Perfect in every way!"

"We had an amazing time at the beautiful New Dawn Beach House. The layout of the house is wonderful with large private bedroom and bathrooms, multiple patios with great views, the beach was spectacular, the large pool that was amazing and the location was perfect for our group. It was quick and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The food and people of Belize are truly unforgettable. Thank you to Herbert and Simone, they were great hosts! "

"Upon arrival, we found the property to be even more picturesque and beautiful than the photos showed! Also, the rooms were much bigger than we imagined and the kitchen had everything needed even for a larger grouo our size. The house was tastefully decorated and comfortable for a very relaxing and enjoyable week. Our family enjoyed the pool which was private and inviting. We also loved using the kayaks and paddleboards which to us was like icing on a cake! We would defintely highly recommend this property to anyone going to Belize and we would defintely stay here again the next time we travel to Belize!! "I can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay at this villa! We were celebrating my sister's 40th birthday and Big Mac and staff took care of EVERYTHING from the time we arrived to the time we departed! We didn't have to lift a finger, and they were very responsive. The property is ~45mins from the nearest village however, the property had a lot of things/activities on premises so we didn't really have to leave. It was cool though that they had transportation options on the property for when we did want to venture out to the village, and excursions. My only "complaint" if I had to say anything was the party bus was underwhelming and the air conked out on us -- it was a 2 1/2 hour ride with no air. Nonetheless, when I contacted Valerie about it, she rectified it immediately and offered a solution my group was happy with. I really appreciated her prompt attention to the matter. The good thing is she said they have a new bus in the works so hopefully it will not be an issue for anyone else. All-in-all, we had an amazing time and I would definitely return, and recommend. "
