"Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate."

"The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space."

"The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was exactly as advertised and very clean. Dalia was a pleasure to communicate with. The home was centrally located to all tourist attractions. Parking was never a problem, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. "

"We loved this house and property. There was such an attention to detail. Anything we needed was available. Beach towels, shampoo, full kitchen, bedroom set ups, living room areas, couches, anything we could think of. It was the most pleasant experience. Logan was so helpful for the pool and hot tub and restaurants. I couldn't imagine a more successful family vacation, because we had this house to come back to an relax between adventures."

"Had a fantastic 4 days here. Location for us was perfect; loved walking around the neighborhood and to local businesses, as well as Rose Bowl events and game. "House very comfortable, clean and open. Nice to have the 4th bedroom. Backyard was very nice. Host responded promptly to all messages- including a plumbing issue that was quickly resolved. Good location for activities planned. "

"Property was great; Burbank location was near my kids’ home and very convenient. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed."

"The property is an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, comfortable, cozy lone standing home. Has two ample rooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, large TV with all channels. There's a very large private patio with beautiful landscaping,chairs and tables to hang out. Good WIFI. You access by opening a sliding gate with a remote control you'll be provided, and parking is inside the property. The neighborhood is very nice with restaurants, supermarkets and anything you may need...

"I booked this house for my middle-aged son, who was accompanied and assisted by a friend/caregiver because he was having surgery at a nearby hospital. All my communications with John, the property manager, were prompt and helpful. I did not see the house, but my son was impressed by its beauty and cleanliness. However, they had one complaint. They did not notice the small second half-bathroom until the morning of their departure. The door was so inconspicuous they had assumed it was a closet....
