"I stayed for New Years and what a view. I was on the 10th floor and could see all of the fireworks at midnight up on the hill where all the houses were. Carolina was very helpful. "Hotel does not offer meals unless purchased by package. If you don’t buy the package be prepared to spend up to 42 - 45000 COP for one individual meal. Overpriced for the hotel that it is. It’s next to the beach and stores and the staff is friendly. "

"This property is huge. I love that they have a seafood restaurant (Oceana) near the beach. It’s beautiful in the evening. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Didn’t get to enjoy the spa services because of the pricing. A couple’s massage was $500USD. Aside from that, the pool was clean and cool (not cold at all). The beach was just ok. They do however have plenty of chairs, cabanas and even swings at the beach. Also, the bar service and good options were amazing. I highly recommend staying here. It is about a 30min drive from old city but nothing a taxi can’t fix. I would definitely stay here again."
