"The apartment we rented for a girl's getaway was beautiful. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. There were four of us and the two bedroom, two bath was perfect. It was in a great location and the owner was very friendly but not intrusive. We will be back!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great, just a short walk across the train tracks to State street, and just a few blocks from the ocean and the wonderful public pool. Check in instructions and parking were easy, and because this place is managed together with other units in the same building, communications with management was super fast and responsive. "We loved this cozy apartment with its sunny exposure, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and we hated to leave. Loved being within walking distance to the wharf and some excellent restaurants. We will be back!"

"Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck. "We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location near the beach and walking paths was great. Parking on the street was easy and access to restaurants was a plus. We will definitely consider renting the apartment again next time we visit Carpinteria. Thank you! "

"Gregory happily greeted us upon arrival. What a happy and joyful man! The room was neat, clean and the bed comfortable. A nice bottle of wine and a chocolate bar was a lovely touch from our host. We sad outside in our little patio area to enjoy the magnificent view of the city and coastline views and enjoyed our wine. We were in town for a family wedding! Thank you Gregory for the beautiful stay!"

"My family and I have probably come to Carp for 10 or 12 short stays over the years, and this rental location is one of our very favorites. This was the third time we've rented from the Castro House, and I imagine we'll probably keep doing it. Super cute, comfortable, clean, cozy... all the good c's! "

"We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was. The property was immaculate and very modern. The neighborhood was great. The little touches made it really special. They had water, coffee, popcorn in the kitchen and sleep items in the bathroom. We didn’t use it all but was nice to know it was there. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is to have a few lamps in the living room. "
