"The Lumina is a really nice place to stay. The reason i didnt give 5 stars is because for a one bedroom unit, they say theres a "pull-out" couch. There is not. There is a very short convertible couch that folds down. No mattress. So unless you are 4 feet tall, your legs will not fit because of the armrests. It was incredibly frustrating to assume there'd be a proper pullout couch with an actual mattress for an adult guest, and then realize a short couch was all that was available. They do not...

"Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby."

"We stayed for two weeks and the place was great! Good thing we had a car as it is pretty high up on the hill. But that is precisely why the view is so stunning. The outdoor deck is huge and the animals are friendly….2 cats in particular. The apartment is clean and well maintained. "The property itself is very nice and serene. The location is local to markets and restaurants just a block or two away, within walking distance. The pools are great as well as the small fridge and ice machine by the pools. The beach is beautiful, and you can walk for miles. The view from the unit is also outstanding. However, we had a small 3" Bluetooth speaker playing not even loud, just in the background as we spoke, and we had other renters tell us the owner's frown on music at the pool....

"This condo was everything it was described as and more. So clean and roomy and comfortable. But the view was just outstanding! The host was very easy to reach and was so helpful. Being able to use the beach club was also a great experience! Great food amazing service and again the pool and the view did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in Cabo."

"Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎"
