"So we booked this condo based on the old photos of the floral couch and orange cabinets and such. WOW!!! When we arrived the entire condo had been remodeled. Thought we were in the wrong condo for a hot minute. Completely modern done in muted greys with a touch of navy and beautiful tile work. still smells new. How wonderful. Condos are still being worked on in the complex...but Id say they were about 90% done when we were there. Highly recommend. Wish I could upload new photos. Only...

"This beautiful two-bedroom condo was just perfect for my friend & I on our recent visit to Sanibel. It was very clean. Had all the amenities we needed. It was really nice to have beach towels available plus beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The property owner was very helpful & she provided suggestions on restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sanibel."

"Breakaway Property Management answered my texts & calls promptly, they were helpful and polite. Location is close to the causeway and beach, with many paths leading to the water. The condo is comfortable with nice furnishings. The aesthetic is calming, clean, and roomy. We enjoyed our week and found many lovely shells and met some wonderful people from other parts of the nation. "
