"Very Cozy and very nice furnishings. Rather than a small welcoming packet that gets you through a few days, owner provide pretty much everything needed for my month-long stay. Since elevator wasn't working, hostess also provided help with luggage...which is a big help for 4th floor unit. "

"The property is quite nice. It is a little dated, and could use a deep clean, but overall it was more than satisfactory for a very reasonable price. My sisters and I used to vacation in Sanibel when we were younger, and we decided to return to celebrate a "bachelorette" for one of them. We are not partiers, so we were interested in the beach and shopping available on the island. The proximity to the beach is fabulous, and the property is on the south side of the island so you get BOTH sunsets...

"This is a lovely condo with killer views. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean and fresh. The hosts provide everything you need for the beach from towels to chairs to umbrella. The only thing we would add would be an additional medium sized cooking pot - there was a small one and a huge one, but we made do. They are still finishing up Pointe Santo landscaping as well as exterior stucco, so there was a lot of construction noise, but they are very close to finishing. We will stay again!"

Likewise, picture of the grounds was clearly taken pre hurricane -- and not representative of current construction site it honestly is. Overall, unit itself is beautiful and newly remodeled, location is great -- when amenities do get rebuilt, they will be very nice -- just need to make sure other guests are aware they are not presently available.
