"To start with there wasn’t a clear directional instruction to locate the guesthouse.... the room is really small and you’ve wires and cable all exposed on the counter top. All the cabinets n drawers are being used by owner except for one unit above the fridge. And a flickering light that’s so annoying but I didn’t even bother to complain. Toilet although is bigger than the other room but the toiletries are placed on top of the cistern with a half squeezed tube of toothpaste there ...! And...

"It’s not worth the money. It says it has a shower and a private bathroom but there’s no hot water to have a proper shower. And there was no toilet paper. When I asked for toilet paper they said the delivery will come later and he cannot do anything about it when he could just go buy some and provide for his customers. I called for the hot water too and he said he’ll send someone to fix it. No one did. The bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Dusty and with hair on it. Not worth it. Find something...

"When I arrived, there was no one at the reception, I had to contact the lady through kakao. But once I contacted her, she was very kind. The place is quiet, pretty clean and easy to find. "Posting this review super late. I stayed at the end of June. Location was great. A small market, Compose Coffee, Daiso, subway access, and laundromat were within a 5 minute walk. It's a bit small but i didn't mind that at all. "As first time travellers to Korea and English speaking, this establishment was prefessional and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, excellent, spacious with much storage (we had the one bed apartment). The service was amazing and fast! The staff is helpful and very kind. If ever going back to Korea, I will stay in this hotel again. The area had many markets, food, coffee, anything you needed very close by. I loved the Insadong neighborhood!
