"Convenience is the best quality of this resort. Right in front of a wonderful beach, dive shop attached with friendly and accommodative staff, restaurant and bar steps from your room. Service at the bar/restaurant is slow, but hey you are on vacation. The shrimp tacos and pizza were pretty good. This area does die down around 830 so if you are looking for night life, it won’t be in west bay. Overall this place was clean, well taken care of, and safe. In fact I accidentally left my purse at the outside restaurant twice overnight, nothing taken. And it safely returns to me the next day. "

"We booked last minute as we missed our cruise. We stayed 2 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped arrange transport from airport and also to cruise port. Food was good and the beach is beautiful. I actually wish we would have stayed here and not even went on to the cruise. Excellent resort!!"

"Wonderful stay at Infinity Bay! World class rooms, beach, and pools. Beautiful, safe, and clean. Initially the room we received was a downgrade from what we reserved. But the staff - namely Dannery - had it fixed within 24 hours, and even upgraded us to an unimaginably beautiful view of the Caribbean. Problems happen, it’s the response that counts. When traveling to a new and unknown destination, it’s nice to know you’ll be taken care of. And don’t skip breakfast. Fantastic. Then snorkeling right off the beach on the reef. Then a drink at the swim up bar. We’ve had worse weeks….(not sure we’ve had better.)"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Roatan Yacht Club. Unfortunately, there was a mix up, and our airport shuttle didn’t pick us up. But once we arrived at our resort, Miroslva took care of us. She was wonderful at the front desk. She made us feel welcome and heard about being missed at the airport. The resort is pretty, and is right on a marina. Our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the resort was excellent! "

"This property is amazing wonderful. The staff is over the top friendly and accommodating, all with a smile. There had been a recent storm so there was some damage, no fault of staff or owners. We walked easily from the hotel to the beach and enjoyed the friendly beach vibe. HIGHLY recommend this property, it is not like a mega resort, much smaller and many times superior. The employees ( retesting intentionally) are wonderful, enhancing our stay. Everytime we asked for help they handled immediately, I never felt that I was creating an inconvenience. I also recommend communicating in advance by email with Jane. She KNOWS everything and is very helpful with more than just property details. "
