"Fantastic overnight stay in the Bollinger room - with the most comfortable bed imaginable. We ate in the pub in the evening and got talking to the owner about Huddersfield pigeons and their (lack of) merits. Food brilliant - we chose a chicken and a lamb dish. Beautiful. Mediterranean cheesecake - pesto jus with olives and roasted tomatoesit it was not. Turns out it was Dark Fruit Berries !!! Super flavour. And sticky toffee pudding to die for ! "Amazing is an overused word. Was visiting apprentices in the port. Phoned to say would be very late. Kept kitchen open had very nice steak. Then went to suite. It was huge. Kitchen TV room, with everything including washing machine, and shower room. TV in living room and bedroom. View out the window directly to countryside. Nice breakfast. "

"We booked this property late on Saturday evening as we had a late confirmation on a job to go to locally, we didn`t get confirmation of the job till just before 7pm and then had to drive from Kidderminster, the receptionist stayed on an extra hour to greet us and check us in, absolutely fantastic service."

"The pub restaurant has fantastic food and nice staff although the room was cold already when we arrived and an extra electric radiator was is place. We woke up at the middle of the night and all central radiators were off, we musste take the kids into our bed to warm up! The radiator was on only at 6:30 am. Not recomendável during winter time "
