"The attendent at the desk was excellent! (Kevin, perhaps?) He directed us to affordable parking, and made our check in smooth. When we had an issue with the water in our room, he personally brought us up a key for a new room immediately. Five stars for him! "

"We had a great stay at the Seneca! We enjoyed the view of the Falls from our room, we were on the 24th floor... it was perfect! Restaurants on site were a little pricey, but we expected that. The Falls are within walking distance from the hotel. It was probably about a 10 minute walk, or a 3 minute drive so location was great! We went down to the pool & hot tubs a couple of times, which were nice as well. Hotel was very clean too!"

"What a beautiful property!! Loved the historic aspect of the hotel. It had a beautiful view of the River. Lots of food choices within walking distance and very close to the University and the Falls. I stayed during non-peak times, so the room price was doable. I know during Spring-Summer, the nightly price is higher, but I think it's worth it. Big rooms and bathrooms, really comfy beds!!"
