"Just stayed here. Not at all how it is represented. No staff anywhere. No contact info nor info about the apartment in the apartment, A maid let me in who did not speak English and that was the end of the communication. Appliances broken, other appliances and amenities advertised were not in the apartment. Non stop heavy water leak from the ceiling resulting in pools of water in the middle of the living room day and night. Mold on some walls from the leak. Sliding glass door lock broken...

"We did a night before cruise, and a night after cruise. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet rooms. We also enjoyed the breakfast service - continental - sufficient for that time of the day. Area is more historic, and was convenient to the local San Telmo market and the Sunday street market. "This apartment is in the center of the city. Very convenient for bus, subway, or walking. It was very convenient to have a keypad to get in or out. No key needed. So we did not have to worry when our plane came in real late. Beds were very comfortable and A/C were good. The kitchen was small and simple"

"The area is great of the hotel is great with plenty of options for dinning and entertainment. Very nice and helpful reception team. Also they were happy to keep our bags after check-out time until time they leave (17:00) The room itself was not so great. Quite cold and no heater. Lots street noise from below. And bathroom really wasn't clean. The photos are nicer than it is actually."
