"We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! "

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite. "The room was very clean with a beautiful view. The staff members varied from very helpful to not so much especially in the restaurant. I asked for fruit and was told they did not have!?! Vs providing options like, we will have tomorrow or can I slide an orange for you (which they did have). "

"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "This apartment was in a wonderful location near the water, restaurants and food shopping. Plenty of parking and convenient to the apartment. The apartment had everything you’d need for cooking, laundry and restful spaces. There was a cute porch with a view of a small chapel, a castle and the lake if you stood close to the railing. This location was so beautiful and restful. A great getaway for a couple!"
