"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "Wemtend to be bottom feeders, so stayed in Griante rather than Bellagio. Our hotel turned out to be, not a hotel, but a two bedroom apartment with a great view of the lake. Apparently the Como Vita has places all over Griante. We had to follow a guide, by car, for about five minutes from the check-in spot to get to this place high up the hill, then another 30 steps from the street up to the great spot.
