"The pool is tiny but good to dip in on hot days , really close to a mall , with banking machine and food options , and shopping The security guards are amazing The young man that works at the hotel should get a promotion he is fantastic Really close to attractions and parks , a 25;min Cab ride to view the chorros a place to be seen , also close to waterfalls , if you have children definitely go to dream Land and spend the day there. "The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly and helpful! Def 5 Stars for those two categories. I also love that they have a small market and restaurant onsite that serves healthy dishes! The room was somewhat dated but it was clean and had enough space. The water doesn’t get super hot and it takes awhile to get warm but you’re on vacation in a warm climate so it’s def feasible. Overall, would stay here again because I love Their staff, location and the garden ambiance "
