"--- This place is definitely beautiful, boasting modern amenities including a pool and proximity to the beach. However, it is quite secluded, far from other attractions, and if you don't have a car, transportation can be a significant challenge. I experienced multiple Uber cancellations due to the distance. "Well it is Intercontinental so there is some level of expectations that goes with the name. I think its located more at an older part of town. Hotel looks dated but still good enough. Restaurants in the hotel look good. Theres a mall across the street that you can get some fast food and shopping but nothing special. If you are at an event at the national stadium like us, its in walking distance if you chose to. The only downside was you could hear your neighbors. "
