"Really good place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of the city where the locals are. Even with the hustle and bustle of the area really quite hotel. I stayed in the hostel which is good for 1 or 2 nights. Was also allowed to check in early. Museums are really close to the hotel. As well as el mercado central. "

The breakfast was nice -- make-your-own eggs and pancakes -- and the common areas were great to hang out in. Offering a delicious breakfeast in the morning, transportation to and from the airport and a great selection of tours that were exceptional! "It was ok and good but can be more better if some customer services can be improved. Especially during night time if they have their better awake staff for night shift to resolve the needs of customers. I did not found my blanket on first night and for this reason I go to customer service desk to see the receptionist, he was sleeping. I slept without blanket for my first night stay. Also for one day their kitchen sink water was not working and plates etc stuff was washed by the customers/guests...

"So I got in at 10PM on a Friday. Dropped my bags and wanted to go hit a bar. Alexis gave me a place called Santos in the same area of Escazu. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. He made sure to get in contact with the Uber driver as well as the bar owner. The uber driver did not find my Phone at first.
