"We loved the location and the view from our balcony. The bed was comfy and the room very decorated very well. The one and only complaint that we have is that we never had any hot water. Hot water is a much needed thing, especially when you're out exploring all day. Talked to the property manager and she told me to wait a few minutes so it could charge. Our thoughts that they don't have a big enough water heater. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!"

There are some small things I could pick on with the layout (like how close the wardrobe is to the bed), but overall it made our stay really enjoyable and the management staff was very responsive. "Residenza Pansa was in a convenient location, but was hard to find; google maps has a hard time with steps and alley-ways that are prevalent in Amalfi. It would be helpful if walking directions were provided for guests to assist in finding the hotel from the ferry/bus area. The room and staff were great and the small out-door terrace was nice too. The down-side of this property is that it is located right above the main road in town, so it is quite noisy."
