"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"This holiday house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The manager was onsite every day and was very helpful. She was available and always cheerful when we passed by on our daily trips to visit this wonderful area of Italy. "I'm not going to lie this accommodation is only suitable to those who are mobile, don't mind walking up steps or who have access to a car. This is clearly outlined by the property so it shouldn't come as a surprise. The area is lovely and picturesque, much better than Amalfi, which is just around the corner."

"We loved staying in Sorrento at Elena’s apartment during the holiday season. The lights and gaiety of the city were wonderful and it served as s great location for day trips to Pompei and Herculaneum. The apartment itself was a great location within easy walking distance to everything. The facilities were elegant and comfortable. Mrs Irma was gracious in welcoming us snd showing us around the apartment. Elena was easy to communicate with and very lovely in her responses."

"We stayed here for 13 days, the unit, community and views were amazing! The food was delicious, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a pizza festival and that was fun! We loved everything about Vico Equense and hopefully will be back soon. I do however, wish they were transparent about the construction going on next to us. The few days we stayed home it was very loud. Beds were hard, we had to put pillows on the mattress to soften them up."

The onlt ding was not getting check-in info until the day before, however being in Tuscany and Rome before going to Maori, i could have missed it. All other communications were great. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a beautiful suite at no extra cost — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special! The suite was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with stunning views and all the amenities we could possibly need. Every interaction with the staff was warm and professional — they were always ready to help with a smile, whether it was recommending places to visit or making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, close to great restaurants and attractions, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Totally recommended, and we would definitely come back in a heartbeat! "
