"This is one of the nicest airport hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t expect the quality in amenities or service. I feels more like a resort than an airport hotel. I will say that I was there with a group and not all rooms were created equal. The first half of my trip my room open onto the pool and the second half I was in the bridal suite. Both of my rooms were comfortable and worth recommending. If you can, upgrade your room! *this is a comparison to other global AIRPORT hotels*"

"This hotel is exceptional, starting with its prime location right next to a massive indoor shopping center. The airport shuttle is incredibly convenient, taking just one minute, and they even went above and beyond by arranging an earlier shuttle to accommodate our flight schedule. We were truly impressed with their flexibility and commitment to service. And after a long day of travel, we loved unwinding in the hotel pool."

"Very good hotel by the airport. Our flight was at 6am, and this hotel is 15mins away. My partner and I stayed at the pool an entire morning, we ordered drinks and food, which was all very good. The area had sun all day compared to most of the cities around. It seemed to be hotter at the hotel than downtown. I would recommend it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone spoke English. "

"This is a very safe and comfortable high end hotel right in the middle of San Jose within walking distance of most of the attractions including the Main Markets and the National Museum. It's also right across the street from the National Theater. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The lobby is on the 5th floor and you need a key card to enter the other floors with guest rooms so it is very safe. My family and I did not eat at the restaurant though it looked very nice. We wanted to get a flavor of the surrounding options instead. "
