The view was amazing the staff were very helpful the room was very clean and neat. Smaller than the picture however still amazing and enough room to move around comfortably. "Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees"
