"Service 10/10. Traveling as a solo female I was greeted with hospitality, smiles, and nothing but making sure I was enjoying my time. Different restaurants which is perfect if you like to explore menus. Taxi service to wherever you like arranged from the hotel. Rooms are simple, clean, air conditioned but the property is where this resort shines. 2 pools one cold and one hot, hot tubs, golf course, walkways and so much history!"

"Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property. Our host was amazing he know Costa Rica and you will need this cause there are no addresses for the GPS. You have to know the location. "Nice hotel in a good spot in Barrio Escalante. It was nice to have our own apartment with a kitchen. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. I could tell that booking through Expedia was an extra hurdle for them, because we didn't get standard messages like our room door code or the wifi details, those appeared to be arranged some other way which was not known to me. It's well worth the money, but maybe book on a different platform."
