"This is our 4th time staying there. It is comfortable, great shower and can find a variety of food or walk around the corner to a La Torre Market with a great variety. We also use their shuttle service, however they were entirely booked so we had to take an uber. "

"Absolutely top class hotel in Antigua. We stayed here for one night, and from the moment we walked in the service was incredible. The front desk staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English and we were able to check in nearly 2 hours early since the room was ready. The room was huge, well appointed and extremely comfortable. "We loved the warm pool and the hot tub above all, as well as the massive gym with lots of equipment, bikes, treadmills and more. Our room was clean for the most part and the beds were so comfortable, we slept like logs. Great location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops around town."

"The house was cute, with a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace to look at the volcanoes. Check-in was a little hectic since a bus load of tourists had arrived at the same time. This seems to be the standard guest at this hotel, and only they have access to meals at the hotel. "The hotel is clean with friendly helpful staff, and is well located in the centre of town a short walk from everything. There's a lovely courtyard on site. However, the rooms themselves are a little disappointing. It seems all double rooms have no external windows, which keeps them nice and cool but they can feel a bit musty/cave-like and have no natural light. Great Staycation spot

"We live in Guatemala City and were looking for a weekend "Staycation" with a pool in Zona 10 for a sunny weekend. The Biltmore has access to the Camino Real pool at a much more reasonable rate despite the "pool charge". The hotel was much more than a pleasant surprise. It was modern, clean and service from front desk was GREAT"
