"This hotel has a lot to offer and it was a modern refuge for me. The main reasons I booked this hotel was the jacuzzi and laundry service. However you have to book time in the jacuzzi and it was difficult to track down the person responsible for booking ans he seemed overly busy and then it wasn’t very hot and ended up making my skin itch. "The house was cute, with a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace to look at the volcanoes. Check-in was a little hectic since a bus load of tourists had arrived at the same time. This seems to be the standard guest at this hotel, and only they have access to meals at the hotel. "Everything was amazing. The reviews for this hotel were very mixed, however our experience was amazing and have no idea why anyone would say anything negative. Our room (#8) was beautiful, the esthetic of the pool was georgeous, the view of Lake Atitlan (feet away) was breathtaking, the staff was kind, friendly (miri and juan..everyone) and everyone always had a smile on their face. The food was great👌. 10/10 i would definitely return and would recommend!"

"This is absolutely the best and most beautiful place to stay in San Marcos. The vibe is very different from the rest of the town, but personally I was grateful for that.
