Thankfully, we were moved to a new room which was fabulous. The property itself is immaculate, the staff is very accommodating and the food was surprisingly good, especially the Italian and Steakhouse. "It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. "The villa is nowhere near as good as the pictures show so bery misleading. It could do with a lot of TLC. Although we knew the pools where not heated they really were freezing. Both the main pool and the private pool were the same. The kitchen was sparingly equipped but as we didn’t eat in it wasn’t a problem for us but not great if you want to cook. There was plenty of wardrobe space but hardly any hangers. The showers were very good. The view over the Marina was great and it is lovely to sit...

"We arrived as was told that there were no rooms, for us? After arguing for 3 hours we were offered and apartment nearby? 1km and although it was more that described in the booking, it was clearly, a friends home, we had no choice but to stay as we were unable to book elsewhere at short notice, as Tenerife in January is busy and we would of had to pay more to change, money we did not have? This is not a good place to stay and will be writing a strong email in complaint shortly"

"Well for a start waited 2 hours for check in but nobody turned up.2 dogs pooing in the driveway on arrival they looked like strays, looking around the pool was dirty , the next door property had at least 9 cats we counted, cost me 60 euros and the cost of another horel so my granson and myself had to find another hotel, i was there to scatter my wifes ashes so really not pkeased,"
