After arguing for 3 hours we were offered and apartment nearby? 1km and although it was more that described in the booking, it was clearly, a friends home, we had no choice but to stay as we were unable to book elsewhere at short notice, as Tenerife in January is busy and we would of had to pay more to change, money we did not have? This is not a good place to stay and will be writing a strong email in complaint shortly"
