"Stayed while in town for a funeral. House was big enough. Location was fantastic. Accommodations and furniture were lacking. What little furniture was there was very uncomfortable and cheaply made. Couches were futons. Mattresses were very very thin. All were too short for my tall family. Table and chairs only sat 4 comfortable and didn’t seem safe to sit on. Extra chairs were only folding chairs. Get some new comfortable furniture and this place will be perfect. "

"Home has pleasant curb appeal. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to express way and shopping. We would , however, suggest that the mattress in the second guest room be replaced with one that is less hard and a waste basket be added in the master bath.The dinnerware was sparse but adequate."

"Wonderful location on the river, very clean and comfortable. Close to the cute town of Palatka. Hosts were attentive and responsive. There is a sulfur smell in showers and faucets so we brought our own bottled water for drinking, which was fine. The sunroom was one of the favorite rooms along with the kitchen. Loved the dock and fire pit so we sat out late each night sharing stories. Overall a very nice place to stay."

"We love coming up here we come up to ride our bicycles or mountain bikes. Everything was great I did have a fall bicycling and had to visit a local hospital which was super very nice Advent hospital. Your house is very lovely and we did clean the floors and wash the sheets before we left so I hope you don't have much to clean up we loved your place thank you very much"
