"The views and the private beach feel is why you stay at this property! The house has some quirks but when I go on vacation to Costa Rica, I’m wanting to be outside. We saw monkeys and macaws as well which was an added bonus. Hosts were great communicators and also recommended a masseuse that came to the house which was a great experience. "

"So we had a terrible occurrence, Due to NO control, and natural flooding in fort lauderdale , all our fights were canceled and couldn't make the trip. We had their JACO tour agent ask if we can get credit for the night we lost if we can make it there and if we can get the difference back from the 12 people that were NOT able to attend . AND the owner SAID NO. We wish we could have seen the property but working with the owner wasnt helpful at all"

"Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property. "The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "
