"Ely at the front desk is the best you can get in BCN. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless from booking to check out. Grocery store is a 2min walk, train station is a 10min walk, Parc Guell is also down the road. a lot of food and coffee options. Very safe to walk at night. Just a minor recommendation would be to add shelves and hooks in the bathroom so it's easier to store toiletries. "

"Looking at Google maps I thought it was a lot closer to downtown than it was and after a long flight, it was a treacherous walk up a very high hill with my suitcase. "If you don't have transportation please bear on mind that from the train station to the hostel it's a 15 min walk uphill which for some people it can be a little bit difficult. The restaurant was the best. Full meal and a beer for 15 Euro. Friendly staff. "
