The hotel is clean, in a quiet area but close enough to many cafes, shopping and metro. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Their service is beyond what I have experienced at many other hotels.

First room smelt like mould and urine next to the headboard. The window wasnt able to air it out. We moved to the second room and the shower smelt like sewgage. The service was good and they helped us get a taxi to the airport

The property is located in a safe and walkable area close to badalona beaches and close to transportation to go to Barcelona and Costa Brava. The property was renovated and the room was modern nice and clean. The VIP ACCÉS was poor. They gave me a room upgrade apparently but only one big water bottle for the 5 days we stayed and the late check out only until 2 pm.

Fine hotel but a little expensive for what it is. Rooms small, windows open only an inch, and for us we were initially given a room that smelt awful, they did change it on request though.

Reasonable connections with Barcelona with public transport. Expensive parking in hotel and in surrounding. Conditioner did not work. In the evening we have tried hotel restaurant and I got the worst fish ever (like a rubber), but pork was very tasty

We spent the weekend at Badalona Tower and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless in the lobby and the rooms. The staff were always really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely it just had an unusual layout that we hadn't seen before. You walk in with the shower and toilet straight in front of you and a glass wall separating that from the bed area. The toilet and shower both have privacy glass only which was fine but is maybe not as private as we are usually used to. The bed was comfortable, the curtains made the room dark so I slept well and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Fruit, eggs, cured meats, croissants and breads, yoghurt and lots of choice of drinks. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again.

Nice stay overall
Nice hotel overall but the standard rooms need updating and maintenance. The hairdryer was poor and they couldn’t provide me another one when I needed it. Location is a bit far away from the beach and centre too. But overall a comfortable stay and friendly staff.

Spanish low standard?
Hotel staff was nice. Unfortuantly the same cannot be said about the rooms. First morning i fell out of bed, and I found out the bed had been broken and poorly repaired. Many surfaces in the shower and bathroom was poorly cleaned. We got a new room with a bed that was not broken. Instead the air conditioner was only a noise generator, so we enjoyed a night at boiling temperature instead. Same missing clean surfaces as in the other room. The rooms show many signs it is about time to tear down everything, put it on fire and start fresh.
