"OK so pros and cons CONS 1. To get airport shuttle / bus information I called hotel at approx 7pm local time, waited on the line 15 min. And no answer. I called 4 more times and no answer. My flight was delayed and I was to arrive at 2 AM and needed to know if that would cause any issues. I had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel, overcharged , whatever that’s on me I don’t take Ubers. Anyway… that’s 1 2. The room was SO HUMID!!! "Overall, it was a decent place to stay at for a quick trip and not far from where we had to be. The area could use more lighting, looks like a sketchy motel at night. The room was decent, floor is cement, no carpet nor tile so be sure to have somw socks. The bathroom is small but clean. I would stay here again if im strap for cash and doing a quick trip."

"Great service. Had a delayed flight and didn’t arrive until 1:30am, called ahead of time to let the worker know. Had no issues getting checked in. Room was clean, had a smell but didn’t notice after being in the room for awhile. Coffee in the main lobby. Parking was limited but wasn’t busy so we had no issues. Was $25 plus tax each night for parking. We had an early excursion day of checkout and was able to pick up our car at 1pm. "

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
