"We enjoyed our family vacation to this property. There was a lot to do with the beach, 3 different pools and multiple restaurants. The food was good and service was very friendly. Only issue was getting our rooms cleaned when we were out of our room each day. "

"The breakfast buffet is great and kids eat free. The pool is a little cold on most days but there is a warm jacuzzi that’s kind of small for 10 people. The slides were fun for the kids. I wish the breakfast was included because the cost of the rooms are quite high all year around. The beach is nice but it’s a red flag beach so swimming is dangerous. We enjoyed the waves but watched our children like hawks. The terrazzo restaurant gelato is delicious. Many restaurant around the hotel at walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"We had a wonderful time at this resort. This property offered everything that we needed (Amazing beach, breathtaking views, pool, hot tub, beach chairs and umbrellas, bars, coffee shop, hammocks, clean rooms and friendly staff). Hotel was close proximity to airport and other activities with many restaurants to choose nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it offers a lot with friendly staff. We would definitely visit again! "

"The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the different pools and lounge chair options along with the accessible bars and food. The gym facilities are top notch! We found the staff very friendly and helpful at every point of the grounds. I would like to personally Thank Coralys at check-in. Our room 'didn't pass inspection' and therefore was not available. After a long day of travel that was not a good start. Coralys however, did give us an available upgraded room along with breakfast at no extra charge. She was very nice and patient with us. Even when I called back to the front desk when our room was freezing cold. That was quickly remedied when Coralys explained that there is no heat option, to just turn it off then back on and lower the temperature to our liking (pro tip for other travelers) The breakfast buffet options were plentiful! We were greeted by Yanira who as been with the hotel for 32 years! She recognized and greeted us every morning as she showed us to our table. Yanira is a delight to talk to. In addition, we had Janet a couple of days as our server along with a few other guys that were just as delightful! We also enjoyed the nightly live entertainment. After a day of sightseeing and excursions, it was very nice to come back to hotel filled with excellent live music. Though the hotel is a bit 'dated' it is a not to it is a not to its era. It is clean, the hallways smelled wonderful and the soap, body gel and & shampoo is wonderful! I will stay again!"
