"The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"The property is not at all what it shows in the pictures. The hotel they are showing of the Wyndham which the villas are not associated with at all. You do not have access to the pools like they said you did. Not to mention the toilet leaked, the wifi wouldn’t work, they turned the water off on us without letting us know, and would not talk to us about a refund or call me back. Plus it smelled liked mildew."
