"Excellent hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Executive king room was very nice, shower with good water pressure. Small elevator but worked fine. Easy walk into historic Siena. We traveled by train and directions provided by hotel staff from train station to hotel were spot on. Be aware escalators in shopping mall go on and on! But are efficient in getting you to upper level where road is to hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Great restaurant just down the street called Osteria Rusticamente that has from scratch food and reasonable priced. Lovely husband and wife owned."

"Located at the far end of Siena (15 minutes taxi ride from the train station) on a quiet street with not much pedestrian traffic unlike the rest of the town. It is still close to the main square, cathedral, museums and all other interesting sites. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a view to a beautiful little garden below. The breakfast was OK with cheese, pastries, fruit and good coffee. Our only complaint (hence minus one star on facilities) would be non-existent WiFi in the room, it was extremely slow and was losing connection all the time. "

"Our group of four – me, a friend and my two teenage sons – had a wonderful stay at this magical property. The pictures honestly don’t do justice to the sweeping views and the pristine condition of this four-bedroom villa in a multi-home compound. Yes, I said four bedrooms, which are pictured here even though the listing only says there are three. That was a nice surprise so my children didn’t have to share. It’s also a great spot in central Tuscany to tour much of the region. We also so very much appreciated the owner accommodating us when we had two things go wrong – first, I landed in the hospital when we scheduled our original trip so we had to postpone at the last minute. And then travel mishaps when we finally made it had us arriving many hours later than we anticipated, after 10p. So all to say, wonderful host and a special spot I never wanted to leave."

"We had such a wonderful vacation and highly recommend staying here. The villa was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The views were spectacular. We were 7 adults and two babies and the fact that we had four rooms with ensuite bathrooms was so convenient. It offered the privacy of a hotel with the downstairs layout allowing us all to be together throughout the day. Francesca was a gracious host and happy to help whenever needed. Since we stayed in April, it wasn't possible to make use of the pool (it was warm enough during one of the days, but they were not able to get the pool ready given bad weather the previous week), but that is to be expected. If we had to nitpick, I'd say the towels could be softer, and the bedding and toiletries could be nicer, but we all did just fine with it.We left hoping we'd be coming back again soon! It was simply amazing."
