Charming house for 2-5 people, located on the fringes of the hamlet of Toiano, 14 km from Siena and 3 km from the village of Sovicille. Carefully furnished and refurbished according pure regional style, it is located in a beautiful panoramic position. It is located on two floors and comprises a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with double sofa bed, a double room with double bed or two twin beds (on request), a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Extra bed in the room. The house also has a nice porch with patio furniture, where the view of the hills is beautiful, also a spacious garden, very well kept (500 mc) and a barbecue. Beautiful private pool in a corner of the garden. WiFi Internet access.
The valuable position of this house combines the tranquility campestre with the possibility of excursions to sites with beautiful scenery, or deep artistic and cultural interest such as Siena, San Gimignano and Florence.

Fantastic beautiful convenient an s comfortable!
Beautiful property and very gracious and helpful hostess! Perfectly located near Siena but totally in the countryside. Within 1 hour of just about all of the Tuscan main sights! Highly recommended!!!!

Sorry I do not speak French. This was a wonderful place to stay in Tuscany. Excellent communication with the owner, comfortable house, good kitchen facilities, beautiful garden areas all around. Very central location for our day trips throughout Tuscany. Good suggestions for sightseeing and dining in the area. Very warm and friendly reception from Tiziana and Marzia. A perfect experience!

Beautiful villa in a quiet setting
My girlfriend and I had a great time at this house. Conveniently located close to Sienna, so that we could drive to all the Tuscan attractions. The house is beautiful, with all amenities we wanted. The owner is a very sweet, happy lady and she ensured that we had everything we needed. Special thanks to her friend Marzia, who was quick to respond to any queries in English and she gave us a nice tour of the house when we arrived too. We recommend this house. Anil

Lovely rural home.
Pros: Very pretty home, with a beautiful view! Very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen was great. We enjoyed the pool and taking walks along the road. The property manager was communicative and very patient with all our questions and booking changes as we planned our trip. Washing machine, laundry soap, basket, and rack were very much appreciated. Cons: Directions to the property were very difficult to follow. 20 minute drive from Siena (which, to be fair, we knew when we booked it). The beds are not comfortable. Narrow driveway with low wall that is not visible when entering the property and which damaged our rental vehicle. Screens and screen door have gaps which allow mosquitoes inside.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage
Wir waren für 6 Nächte hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist ein typisches toskanisches Steinhaus mit großen Garten. Alles wird von Tiziana selbst gepflegt. Sie ist dabei sehr diskret. Eines Morgens hatten wir Tomaten und Basilikum aus ihrem Garten vor der Tür stehen :-) Der Pool war für uns das Highlight. Leider hatten wir sehr viele Mücken und Wespen dort, sodass wir den Außenbereich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. Autanspray und Citronellakerzen haben hier etwas geholfen. Die Lage ist super. Der Pool

Wunderschönes Haus mit fantastischem Garten
Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, allerdings sehr einsam, so dass man fürs Einkaufen schon immer das Auto braucht. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Garten ist herrlich und bietet verschiedenste Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung, vor allem der Pool war ein Highlight für uns. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, kümmert sich jeden Tag um Pool und Garten und legt einem auch mal frische Tomaten oder eine Melone vor die Türe. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Abgesehen von den üblen Mücken war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle région. La maison est vraiment sympa, le jardin et la vue… magnifiques. Notre chien qui a voyagé avec nous a été très bien reçu. Kleines gemütliches Steinhäuschen in verschlafenem Tal
Wir waren zu viert dort, zu zweit wäre die Schlafsituation perfekt, zu viert ist es dann doch etwas eng und die Matratzen waren leider Nix für unsere Rücken… Der Garten ist märchenhaft schön, wir haben die Rosen und Kräuter in voller Blüte erlebt, alles riecht nach Thymian, Rosmarin und Dill (wächst dort überall wild). Der Pool ist für die Kinder perfekt, für Erwachsene zu klein um durchzuschwimmen. Es ist toll bei Sonnenauf- und Untergang in das grüne Tal zu schauen und sich wegzuträumen. Siena ist ganz in der Nähe Abend- und Eisessen in der Innenstadt superteuer -Achtung- lieber ein bisschen außerhalb…. Empfehlung: in grilli moro (sooo leckeres Fleisch) und Ponte allo Spino gleich in der Nähe (alles unfassbar lecker, bester Tiramisu total freundliche Gastgeber). Danke an Titziana, sie ist total herzlich und arbeitet täglich im Garten und kümmert sich um das gesamte Anwesen.

Vraiment une belle maison en pierre, un jardin magnifique et idéalement placé pour visiter Sienne
Nous n'avons pas mis 5 étoiles pour la propreté car on a constaté quelques restes de poussière mais rien de grave. Nous avons séjourné début novembre avec parfois peu de soleil et le logement est assez sombre. A noter que la chambre communique avec la cuisine/salon/couchage (mezzanine).

Einfach herrlich
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im September sehr genossen. Es gibt einen schönen,großen Garten mit viel Privatsphäre und einen sehr gut gepflegten Pool. Auch innen findet man alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr sauber und mit schönen Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Wanderwege des italienischen Alpenvereins führen direkt am Haus vorbei und auch für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte ist die Lage ideal. Tiziana ist sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Zur Begrüßung haben wir sehr gute Tomaten aus ihrem Garten bekommen. Alles in allem haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht, der keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Ganz tolle Umgebung, sehr ruhig, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, nur 8 km von Siena entfernt, traumhafter Garten, Ausblick in die Landschaft und schöner, sauberer Pool Die Betten waren zunächst nicht ganz so bequem , aber es gab zusätzliche Kissen und dann ging es gut. Leider gab es viele Mücken, dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts und es gab viele Vorkehrungen wie Stecker, kostenlos Autan und Duftkerzen für Außen, Fliegengitter an Türen und Fenstern. Abends im Garten brauchte man diese Hilfsmittel. Dafür aber fühlte man sich wirklich wie in einer anderen Welt mit uriger Einrichtung (z.B. riesiges Steinwaschbecken in der Küche als Highlight) und unzähligen Olivenbäumen im Garten. Wir haben unter anderem im Garten gesehen: Eidechsen und Eidechseneier, Landschildkröten, Gottesanbeterin, Tausendfüssler, Fledermäuse die abends am Pool mit uns gespielt haben unsere Kinder waren total begeistert! Der Grill ist auch sehr praktisch, ebenso der Gasherd. Supermarkt ist 5km in Rosia entfernt . Die Einfahrt ist etwas eng und abenteuerlich, aber uns Auto VW Touran hat es immer leicht und bewältigt und vor dem Haus gibt es einen Parkplatz. Frau Tiziana ist wahnsinnig nett, kümmert sich um Pool und Garten sehr diskret wenn die Urlauber schlafen oder nicht da sind und hat uns mit einer riesigen Tüte selbstangebauten noch riesigeren Tomaten in Empfang genommen !

Wundervolles kleines Paradies
Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren beiden Jungs vom 01.Juli 23 bis zum 11.Juli 23 eine zauberhafte Zeit in Tizianas Ferienhaus L‘Ovile verbracht. Schon der erste Anblick des Hauses war sehr vielversprechend, was sich im und ums Haus herum bestätigte. Ein im toskanischen Stil liebevoll und rustikal eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit ganz eigenem Charme. Der wundervolle Garten mit Pool lädt zum Träumen und Entspannen ein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Blick in die toskanische Landschaft, insbesondere von der mit Weinranken überdachten Terrasse. Z.B. während des Frühstücks bei Sonnenaufgang oder bei Pasta und Wein zum Abendessen mit traumhaftem Sonnenuntergang! In jedem Fall, ein absoluter Genuss!!! Wer hier nicht vom Alltag abschalten kann, der schafft es nirgendwo… Die Fotos in der Online-Darstellung werden der Realität nicht ganz gerecht. Das kleine Paradies ist in „real life“ viel schöner!!! Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der wunderbaren Tiziana, die mit ihrer herzlichen und liebevollen Art gerne bei kleinen und auch großen Problemen hilft! (Wir hatten einen Autounfall - in dieser für uns sehr schwierigen Lage war sie uns eine große Hilfe und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir unseren Urlaub trotzdem weiter genießen konnten.) Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung für alle, die echtes toskanisches Flair und italienische Lebensart erleben wollen!!
