"Wonderful place, up close to volcano, beautiful grounds, flowers and birds everywhere. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff all extremely helpful, we had a flat tire the last day of our trip and had a flight to catch - one staff member took us to an air pump on site, but then we discovered the nail in the tire, so another staff member helped us put on the spare and we managed to make our flight! So very grateful! Food delicious at the restaurant as well. Hope to come back here some day."

"This hotel is simply the best in all aspects, great ambience, aesthetically designed, I simply loved the interior and exterior decoration, meticulously planned and designed, I could not resist taking photos at the bar the because the way it is designed, breakfast was best with options to chose from, front desk team helped me to chose the type of activities with some great recommendations.. they have accommodated our request for keeping luggage as well as use of washrooms when we returned even...

All staff were great, and treated us with kindness and helpfulness. Upon arrival, we were greeted with ice cold lemonade, which was much appreciated after a long day in the warm weather.
