"I recently stayed at the Hotel Uvita Forest for two nights and had a comfortable stay. The accommodation is very modern, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, great air conditioning and a comfy bed. There is a pool area that is shared between the rooms and the villas, with sun loungers and areas to sit around it. Hotel Uvita Forest is in quite a vibrant area, so it can be quite noisy until around 10 pm. We ate in some local restaurants, including the Uvita Gastro Park which is right next door, and it had a great vibe with live music. Overall, it was a great stay, and if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Uvita, it’s a great choice."

"Thank you Del and Adrian for an amazing visit! This is our fifth time in Costa Rica, and fourth time in the Uvita/Dominical area! The house was clean, spacious and well equipped for cooking. The view was exceptional, the grounds well kept, and the pool was the perfect temp!! Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing time in Costa Rica!FYI, absolutely nothing against this gorgeous property…but there is no AC, only naturally accruing cooler temperatures at night. There are however multiple ceiling fans inside and out, as well as standing fans in the bedrooms! "

" We stayed at Casa Oropéndola at Canavida Resort from March 31st to April 4th, and it was nothing short of magical. The property is absolutely stunning—tucked into the lush hills of Uvita with breathtaking ocean views and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of howler monkeys and tropical birds, then taking a dip in our own private pool while watching the sunrise—unreal. The 2-bedroom home is beautifully designed, with a perfect balance of modern comfort and eco-luxury. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy meals at home. We spent most of our time outside on the patio or in the pool, soaking in the peaceful vibes. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to the beaches, waterfalls, and the national park, but still feels totally secluded and serene. The drive up is part of the adventure (definitely recommend a 4x4), and the views are 100% worth it. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already planning our return.
