"Amazing property for Birthday week. The pool and whole home have the most beautiful view and is surrounded by wildlife. Internet was strong but the tv was unavailable due to no remote and the outdoor grill needs a little help. The home is like a museum to Costa Rica and Uvita....filled with awesome artwork and masks available to purchase. Del was a perfect host showing the property and full of local information. Almost had it all

"This maybe just a small misunderstanding. I was made feel accountable for a bottle of water in the fridge at check out because it didn’t match the hotels brand. I did not put the bottle there so it made check out very awkward for me. The check in experience was wonderful with Roy. The team involved in the water debacle needs opportunity feedback on how NOT make a customer feel unwelcomed. The young lady who tossed the bottle of water into the bed so that it flew off and rolled under the bed… dramatic for me. lol. This hotel is beautiful. Good luck with your stay. "
