"Our stay at Mario and his families place was exquisite. We will definitely recommend his property for future stays. One issue that has gone unresolved is with VRBO. I was charged extra fees that their helpdesk representative could not justify. When opening a ticket with their helpdesk to have the issue resolved, they closed the ticket without any follow up or reason for the extra charges.
