"This was a beautiful little b&b but without the breakfast. Everything was perfect. Checking in was a little difficult, but worth the effort. The room was a dream and the location fabulous. Next to wine tasting and very close to the awesome town of San Gimignano. Stay here!"

"Our host was exceptional! Usually she was on the premise but if not was easy to contact with any questions. She came in early for our early check in! Had plenty of recommendations not only about San Gimignano but surrounding towns. She made us a reservation for New Year's Eve having to call several to get us a spot! The location was perfect as it was close to everything, especially the unloading area! Although a breakfast was not available we were able to get a discount at the recommended bar which was very close. We would say there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great stay."
