"Great location and communication with proprietors. They were very helpful. Our room was clean, large and well stocked. My only issue was the room that our friends had. It was not set up like ours for the same price level. Their room was much smaller and the shower had no regular shower head, just a wand. I realize the rooms were built in a very old building but I wish they’d gotten a comparable room to ours. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"This rental is in a great location. A neighborhood away from the big crowds. The place has very limited kitchen space and no outdoor space due to machines being on the balcony. But the place is comfortable and works great for a Florence stay."

"This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t...

"Jaada was wonderful as was Andrea and the other woman with dark hair at the front counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she was French). I had a bit of a problem with my room, leaking pipes left the carpet wet around the tub but Andrea helped with that. One day used pillow cases were left on my suitcase, no coffee was left and the toilet brush and plunger were left on the toilet. She must have been in a hurry that day. "
