"Great lower unit with patio and view. Parking is no issue. Groceries and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is hilly but walkable with amazing views of the ocean, which is a small walk down the hill. We were able to relax in mid-winter with the large door to the living space open letting in the fresh air.
