"An amazing building, a modern renovation respectful of its past. Patricia was a patient and attentive host who went out of her way to please. You need to be fit to climb the stairs but it’s all part of sharing in the heritage of this building/school/home. The town is small and has the characteristic steep lanes. We’d recommend finding a spot the locals gather and getting to know a bit about life from their perspective. We’ll be recommending this one to our friends. "

"The property is beautiful with vistas of San Gimignano and surrounding vineyards. We drank wine sitting in the garden and had dinner there as well. Food was delicious. A wonderful retreat for a night on our travels through Tuscany."

"La struttura non aveva camere disponibili anche se sul sito ne avevo riservata e pagata una. Il gestore mi ha chiamato dopo un'ora circa dicendo che era dispiaciuto,ma non c'era posto. "

"The place is pretty nice, I loved the room that my family and I were assigned. The communal kitchen/eating space is delightful. We only stayed the one night but our experience with the morning staff was great. The only issue we had was with actually finding the place, GPS took us to a different place just down the road. Not a big deal except when you're in a foreign country and don't have cell phone service to call the B&B. 5 minute drive the castle at Monteriggioni."

"Scopro, telefonando prima dell'arrivo a San Gimignano che non risulta nessuna prenotazione a mio nome. Arrivati alla reception veniamo dirottati in una camera di un altro affittacamere, fortunatamente abbastanza vicino e in zona centrale. Ci viene fatto un piccolo sconto rispetto alla cifra della prenotazione, paghiamo comunque di più rispetto alle tariffe pubblicate su internet da quest'ultimo affittacamere. Poca chiarezza da parte dei proprietari sulla nostra prenotazione, guardacaso la stessa...

"Decent location with good views, room was ok but funny smell in bathroom, air con was very noisy and bed wasn't comfy. Shower wasn't great either. Free parking was great."
